Can tiles be collected from your shop ? 

Our shops are not equipped for handling and stocking of goods. 

 


How much does it cost to have my tiles delivered to my home ? 

We charge 35 euro (+vat) for orderpicking and packaging.

We charge a fixed amount per country for deliveries, regardless of the quantity ordered:  

 

  • Belgium : 85 euro + vat
  • Holland : 85 euro + vat
  • Grand Duché du Luxembourg : 85 euro + vat
  • France: 165 euro + vat
  • Germany : 165 euro + vat
  • UK : 195 euro + vat
  • Other countries : on request


Who delivers the tiles, how does it work ? 

The tiles are delivered by an external carrier. The goods are available for delivery once the invoice has been paid. You give us your delivery address, mobile phone number and required time of delivery. We pass this on to our carrier, who will contact you to arrange a time. We also give you the carrier's number. The tiles are delivered to your door by van with a loading bridge. In principle, the driver is required to drop off the tiles at your gate, providing it can be access by a transpallet. Some drivers are friendly enough to drive all the way in whenever possible. However, don't rely on the driver carrying your tiles up to the third floor.  

 


Can I refuse tiles ? 

If there is visible damage to the goods, you can refuse to accept the order. 

 


Can I arrange a fixed time for delivery ? 

In some countries a fixed time can be arranged for delivery. This will incur an additional charge. 

 


What happens if I'm not home ? 

In principle, the driver will not unload the goods if there is no one there. 

 

 

What happens if no truck arrives on the agreed day ? 

It sometimes happens that the driver is unable to complete his delivery round on time. In principle, you will be notified if this happens and a new time arranged for delivery. You can also call the carrier for more information. David & Goliath is not kept aware of the carrier's delivery schedules.

 


What about if I need to change the delivery arrangements ? 

We always give you the carrier's number. Please make arrangements directly with the carrier.
