The clay is formed in wooden molds and then laid out to dry in a large hall with floor heating, derived from the recycled heat of the kilns.After several weeks of drying, the tiles are stacked in a wood-fired ring kiln for 48 hours.

All sizes are possible up to 100x100 cm or, for example, 60x30 copings for a swimming pool.
