HANDMADE CEMENT TILES
Cement tiles are decorative tiles made from a mixture of cement, sand, pigments, and marble powder. Unlike ceramic tiles, they are not fired in a kiln—instead, they’re hand-poured, pressed, and cured. David en Goliath distributes cement tiles from Huguet and Pastine, which are handmade in Europe. In addition, there is also our own collection of historical and contemporary designs, which can only be ordered to order and in larger quantities.

PURE CRAFTSMANSHIP
David & Goliath's cement tiles are still made entirely by hand. The production of cement tiles is very labor intensive. Experienced artisans produce barely a few square meters of patterned tiles per day. Cement tiles are composed of sand, cement and marble powder and pigment, and are not fired in a kiln, but harden by drying.
